Our Visionary founder & CEO- Konark
Mr. Suresh Patel
Mr. Suresh Patel is a well-respected figure in India’s real estate and infrastructure realm, his visionary in revolutionizing the construction mechanism has inspired him to establish Konark, introducing world-class technology while ensuring excellent quality. Born in a small town of Gujarat, his journey is a true inspiration. He moved to Surat at a young age, driven by passion for building and architecture. With a lot of struggles, he paved his way into grabbing the opportunity to work with a construction company. While working full-time, he pursued his education and later graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from B.P.T.I, Bhavnagar, Gujarat. His strong ethics and years of hard work have earned him a reputation as a trusted name in the real estate industry.
In 1986, Mr. Suresh Patel, a born entrepreneur, brought his vision of founding Konark to life. As full-time CEO of Konark, he oversees the company’s affairs to ensure the core values are adhered appropriately. He introduced highly talented individuals into the Konark family, including Mr. Naren Dobariya, a well-known structural expert. From the beginning, Mr. Dobariya has contributed in building some of the company’s most complex structures in various suburbs of Surat.
Under his four successful decades of leadership, Konark has grown into one of Surat’s most trusted and respected construction company.
Mr. Patel is a philanthropist, a firm believer of social responsibility, proudly promotes gender equality, women’s empowerment, and community development. Over the years, he has contributed generously to various schools, hospitals, and orphanages. He stands by the idea of balancing sustainability and luxury.
According to him, Konark is a family rooted in reliability, resilience, and continuous reformation.
